So... not quite historically accurate, but nice anyway.

This was a dress I made for myself to wear at the Casa Loma Renaissance Faire. It is (very loosely) based on the parade dress of Princess Hedwig at the Landshuter Hochzeit. It is the very first costume I made completely from scratch (and without anyone's help) so I am quite proud of it. I used a Butterick pattern.

I wasn't quite finished with the costume at that time (I had not yet added trim to the edges). That day of shooting was extremely cold!!
